Rules for the “WEEKEND” promotion

1. General provisions on the procedure for holding the promotion

1.1. The “WEEKEND” promotion (hereinafter referred to in these Rules as the “Promotion”) is held with the aim of promoting the Binomo trading platform.

1.2. Participants of the Promotion (hereinafter referred to as the “Participants”) must be legally eligible individuals who are registered users of the Binomo platform located at https://binomo.com/ with Standard, GOLD, or VIP* status.

1.3. By participating in the Promotion, the Participants fully agree to these Rules.

2. Information about the organizer of the Promotion

2.1. The Promotion is organized by Dolphin Corp LLC (a company incorporated under the laws of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, registration number 915 LLC 2021, whose office is located at Euro House, Richmond Hill Road, Kingstown, St.Vincent and the Grenadines).

2.2. The website where information about the Promotion can be found is https://blog.binomo.com/weekend/ (hereinafter referred to in these Rules as the “Organizer’s Site”).

3. Promotion dates

3.1. The promotion is held in four stages:

The 1st stage of the Promotion is to be held from 20.01.2024 00:00 UTC to 21.01.2024 23:59 UTC (hereinafter referred to as the Period of the 1st stage of the Promotion);

The 2nd stage of the Promotion is to be held from 27.01.2024 00:00 UTC to 28.01.2024 23:59 UTC (hereinafter referred to as the Period of the 2nd stage of the Promotion);

The 3rd stage of the Promotion is to be held from 03.02.2024 00:00 UTC to 04.02.2024 23:59 UTC (hereinafter referred to as the Period of the 3rd stage of the Promotion);

The 4th stage of the Promotion is to be held from 10.02.2024 00:00 UTC to 11.02.2024 23:59 UTC (hereinafter referred to as the Period of the 4th stage of the Promotion).

4. Terms and conditions for participation in the Promotion

4.1. To participate in the Promotion, you must simultaneously fulfill the following conditions during the Period of one of the stages of the Promotion:

4.1.1. Make a Deposit into your Real Account on the Binomo platform using the special promo code:

when participating in the 1st stage of the Promotion – MEGAWEEKEND;
when participating in the 2nd stage of the Promotion – WEEKEND110;
when participating in the 3rd stage of the Promotion – CRYPTOIDX;
when participating in the 4th stage of the Promotion – CRYPTO100.

Moreover, when participating in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd stages of the Promotion, the Promotion Participant receives in their Real Account on the Binomo platform a Deposit Bonus equal to 110% of the Deposit made using the promo code (bonus leverage equal to 40), and when participating in the 4th stage of the Promotion — a Deposit Bonus equal to 100% of the Deposit made using the promo code (bonus leverage equal to 40);

4.1.2. Make at least 1 (One) trade on their Real Account on the Binomo platform using the Crypto IDX asset.

5. The size of the prize fund for the Promotion

5.1. The total prize fund for the Promotion is $1,000 USD or the equivalent amount in the currency of the winner’s Account.

6. The procedure for determining the winner of the Promotion

6.1. The winner of the Promotion will be determined randomly using an automated computer program, a random number generator, on 12.02.2024.

6.2. The total number of winners in the Promotion is 1 (One) person.

6.3. The winner will be announced by the Organizer on the Organizer’s Site no later than 12.02.2024 23:59 UTC.

7. Information on the timing and procedure for receiving prizes by the winner in the Promotion

7.1. The cash prize is to be credited to the Real Account of the winner of the Promotion on the Binomo platform no later than 13.02.2024.

8. Additional terms and conditions

8.1. New Binomo accounts may not be created by registered users, and users may not engage in any fraudulent practices to participate in the Promotion.

8.2. During the Promotion, the Organizer will not take into account the results of Participants who violate clause 8.1 of these Rules.

8.3. By performing the implied actions provided for in clause 4.1 of these Rules, the Participant agrees to the processing by the Organizer of their personal data and ID, as well as the publication of photos and video materials, including by posting on the Organizer’s Website, in channels, in Binomo platform groups on social media, and in the Organizer’s promotional materials. The Participant can withdraw their consent by sending notification to the email address dataprotection@binomo.com.

8.4. The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the following:

1) the inability (not through the fault of the Organizer) of users of the Binomo platform to familiarize themselves with the rules posted by the Organizer;

2) the non-receipt/untimely receipt by the Organizer of the information necessary to receive prizes, through the fault of the Participants themselves or through the fault of communications systems, or for other reasons beyond the control of the Organizer;

3) non-receipt by winners of prizes through not claiming them or refusing to claim them;

4) for any consequences of mistakes made by Participants when participating in the Promotion.

8.5. The Organizer has the right to amend these Rules at any time by posting corresponding information on the Organizer’s Site. Users of the Binomo platform interested in participating in the Promotion must independently monitor for updates of the Promotion Rules by checking for corresponding changes on the Organizer’s Site.

8.6. The terms “Deposit,” “Deposit Bonus,” “Trade,” and “Real Account” are understood as defined in the Client Agreement posted on the website at binomo.com. In all other respects not regulated by these Rules, the Participants of the Promotion are to be guided by the Client Agreement previously specified.

*A Standard trader is a trader who has made at least one deposit into their Real Account on the Binomo platform.

A GOLD trader is a trader whose total deposits into their Real Account on the Binomo platform amount to at least 500 US dollars or the equivalent amount in another currency.

A VIP trader is a trader whose total deposits into their Real Account on the Binomo platform amount to at least 1,000 US dollars or the equivalent amount in another currency.
