Promotion rules “SEPTEMBER”

1. General provisions on the Promotion procedure

1.1 The “SEPTEMBER” promotion (hereinafter referred to in these Rules as the “Promotion”) is held to promote the Binomo trading platform.

1.2 Participants of the Promotion (hereinafter referred to as “Participants”) shall be capable individuals who are registered users of the Binomo platform in India with the VIP* status.

1.3 By participating in the Promotion, Participants fully agree to these Rules.

1.4 Participation in the Promotion is free of charge.

2. Information about the Organizer of the Promotion

2.1 The Organizer of the Promotion is Dolphin Corp LLC (a company registered under the laws of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, registration number 915 LLC 2021, whose office is located at Euro House, Richmond Hill Road, Kingstown, St. Vincent and the Grenadines).

2.2 The website where you can review the information about the Promotion – https://blog.binomo.com/september-vip-promo/ (hereinafter according to these Rules referred to as the “Organizer’s Website”).

3. Duration of the Promotion

3.1. The Promotion shall be held from 10.09.2024 to 30.09.2024 (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion Period”).

4. Conditions of participation in the Promotion

4.1 To participate in the Promotion, the following conditions must be met consecutively during the Promotion Period:

4.1.1 Make a one-time Deposit of 100 USD or its equivalent in another currency (depending on the currency of the Participant’s Account on the Binomo platform) to his/her Real Account on the Binomo platform;

4.1.2 When making a Deposit, use the special promo code SEPTEMBER. In this case, the Participant of the Promotion will receive a Deposit Bonus equal to 100% of the deposit made using the promo code (bonus leverage equals 40) to his/her Real Account on the Binomo platform;

4.1.3. Make one or more Deposits to their Real Account on the Binomo platform in the amount of not less than 2,150 US dollars or in another currency in equivalent amount (depending on the currency of the Participant’s Account on the Binomo platform). Thus, taking into account the deposit specified in clause 4.1.1 of these Rules, the total amount of the Participant’s Deposits during the Promotion Period shall not be less than 2,250 US dollars or in another currency in equivalent amount (depending on the currency of the Participant’s Account on the Binomo platform);

4.1.4 Send an email to Binomo Customer Support or inform the Organizer’s manager about the fulfillment of the above conditions.

4.2 Each Participant of the Promotion, who fulfills the conditions specified in clause 4.1 of these Rules, receives the Prestige Club status on the Binomo platform for the period from 01.10.2024 to 31.10.2024. 5. Additional terms and conditions

5.1 A Participant may participate in the Promotion only once. Registration of new accounts on the Binomo platform by already registered users, as well as other fraudulent actions of users for the purpose of participation in the Promotion are not allowed.

5.2 The results of the Participants who violated p. 5.1 of these Rules will not be taken into account by the Organizer during the Promotion.

5.3 By performing the implied-in-fact actions stipulated in clause 4.1 of these Rules, the Participant gives his/her consent to the processing of his/her personal data by the Organizer. The Participant may withdraw his/her consent by sending an e-mail to dataprotection@binomo.com.

5.4 The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for:

1) inability (through no fault of the Organizer) of Binomo platform users to read these rules posted by the Organizer;

2) failure on the part of the Participants to receive the prize by not claiming or renouncing it;

3) for any consequences of Participant’s errors when participating in the Promotion.

5.5 The Organizer has the right to make changes to these Rules at any time by posting the relevant information on the Organizer’s website. Users of the Binomo platform interested in participating in the Promotion must independently monitor updates of the Promotion Rules by checking the relevant changes on the Organizer’s Website.

5.6 The terms “Deposit Bonus”, “Real Account on the Binomo platform”, “Deposit” shall be interpreted in accordance with the Client Agreement published on binomo.com. With regard to everything else, which is not regulated by these Rules, the Participants of the Promotion shall be guided by the specified Client Agreement.

VIP trader – a trader whose total deposits to the Real Account on the Binomo platform are not less than 1 ,000 USD or in another currency in equivalent amount depending on the currency of the Trader’s Account.
