Rules for the “Advent Calendar” promotion

1. General provisions on the procedure for holding the promotion

1.1. The “Advent Calendar” promotion (hereinafter referred to in these Rules as the “Promotion”) is held with the aim of promoting the Binomo trading platform.

1.2. Participants of the Promotion (hereinafter referred to as the “Participants”) must be legally eligible individuals who are registered users of the Binomo platform located at https://binomo.com/ with VIP* status.

1.3. By participating in the Promotion, the Participants fully agree to these Rules.

2. Information about the organizer of the Promotion

2.1. The Promotion is organized by Dolphin Corp LLC (a company incorporated under the laws of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, registration number 915 LLC 2021, whose office is located at Euro House, Richmond Hill Road, Kingstown, St.Vincent and the Grenadines).

2.2. The website where information about the Promotion can be found is https://blog.binomo.com/wtc_advent_calendar_rules/ (hereinafter referred to in these Rules as the “Organizer’s Site”).

3. Promotion dates

3.1. The Promotion is to be held from 04.12.2023 to 29.12.2023 (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion Period).

4. Terms and conditions for participation in the Promotion

4.1. To participate in the Promotion, the following conditions must be met simultaneously during the Promotion Period:

in the calendar that opens via the link, click on the current date.

4.2. When participating in the Promotion, each Participant receives one of the following prizes:

a trading strategy;
a tip for the trader**;
a New Year’s prediction***;
a trading quiz;
an article from the Binomo VIP blog;
brand wallpaper for your phone/computer;
a brand trader’s calendar for 2024;
the Binomo Trader’s Guide book;
A +100% deposit bonus
A +120% deposit bonus
A +150% deposit bonus
A risk-free trade in the amount of 5 (Five) US dollars;
A no-deposit bonus in the amount of 10 (Ten) US dollars;
participation in the WeekEnd tournament, which will be held from 13.01.2024 to 14.01.2024 on the Binomo platform;
participation in a tournament for Binomo VIP traders, which will be held from 22.01.2024 to 28.01.2024 on the Binomo platform.

4.3. Participants can participate in the Promotion every day of the Promotion Period. Participants can only receive a gift for the current date.

5. Information on the timing and procedure for receiving prizes through the Promotion

5.1. Links to trading strategies, trader tips, articles from the Binomo VIP blog, New Year’s predictions, trading quizzes, as well as links to download brand wallpaper, the Binomo Trader’s Guide book, and the brand trader’s calendar for 2024, will become available to the Participant immediately after clicking on the current date in the calendar with the corresponding gift.

5.2. Eligible Promotion Participants will be included in the list of participants for their respective tournaments no later than 5 (Five) days prior to the start of the tournament.

5.3. Deposit bonuses will become available in the “Gifts” section of the respective Participant’s personal account on the Binomo platform no later than 30 (Thirty) days after clicking on the current date in the calendar with that gift.

5.4. Risk-free trades will become available in the “Gifts” section of the respective Participant’s personal account on the Binomo platform no later than 30 (Thirty) days after clicking on the current date in the calendar with that gift.

5.5. No-deposit bonuses will become available in the “Gifts” section of the respective Participant’s personal account on the Binomo platform no later than 30 (Thirty) days after clicking on the current date in the calendar with that gift.

6. Additional terms and conditions

6.1. New Binomo accounts may not be created by registered users, and users may not engage in any fraudulent practices to participate in the Promotion.

6.2. During the Promotion, the Organizer will not take into account the results of Participants who violate clause 6.1 of these Rules.

6.3. By performing the implied actions provided for in clause 4.1 of these Rules, the Participant agrees to the processing by the Organizer of their personal data and ID, as well as the publication of photos and video materials, including by posting on the Organizer’s Website, in channels, in Binomo platform groups on social media, and in the Organizer’s promotional materials. The Participant can withdraw their consent by sending notification to the email address dataprotection@binomo.com.

6.4. The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the following:

1) the inability (not through the fault of the Organizer) of users of the Binomo platform to familiarize themselves with the rules posted by the Organizer;

2) the non-receipt/untimely receipt by the Organizer of the information necessary to receive prizes, through the fault of the Participants themselves or through the fault of communications systems, or for other reasons beyond the control of the Organizer;

3) non-receipt by winners of prizes through not claiming them or refusing to claim them;

4) for any consequences of mistakes made by Participants when participating in the Promotion.

6.5. The Organizer has the right to amend these Rules at any time by posting corresponding information on the Organizer’s website. Users of the Binomo platform interested in participating in the Promotion must independently monitor for updates of the Promotion Rules by checking for corresponding changes on the Organizer’s website.

6.6. The terms “personal account on the Binomo platform,” “deposit bonus,” “no-deposit bonus,” “risk-free trade,” and “tournament” are understood as defined in the Client Agreement published on the website binomo.com. In all other respects not regulated by these Rules, the Participants of the Promotion are to be guided by the Client Agreement previously specified.

*A VIP trader is a trader whose total deposits in their real account on the Binomo platform amount to at least 1,000 US dollars or the equivalent amount in another currency.

**Following a tip does not guarantee the Participant any profit or loss, nor does it create any obligation of the Promoter to that Participant.

***The New Year’s predictions are of a comic nature and do not create any obligations of the Organizer of the Promotion to the Participants.
