Rules for the “Weekly Challenges” Promotion

1. General Provisions

1.1. The “Weekly Challenges” Promotion (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”) is held to promote Binomo trading platform (hereinafter referred to as the “Binomo”, “Trading Platform”).

1.2. Participation in this Promotion is available only to legally eligible individuals who have registered on Binomo (hereinafter referred to as the “Participant(s)”). Additional requirements for participation may be established herein.

1.3. By taking part in the Promotion Participants fully accept and agree to its terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”).

1.4. Participation in the Promotion is free.

2. Organizer of the Promotion

2.1. The Promotion is organized by Dolphin Corp LLC, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines company, with a company number 915 LLC 2021 and address at Euro House, Richmond Hill Road, Kingstown, St.Vincent and the Grenadines (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

2.2. The Rules of Promotion are available at https://blog.binomo.com/weekly_challenges/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer’s Website”).

3. Promotion Dates

3.1. The Promotion runs from March 04, 2024 through March 10, 2024 (23:59 UTC) (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion Period”).

4. Participation Requirements

4.1. To participate in the Promotion, Participants must to be able to interact with the chatbot, and they must ensure compatibility of their devices with the chatbot and stable internet (mobile) connection.

To take part in the Promotion, Participants have to simultaneously follow these steps:

1. enter the chatbot;

2. learn the scenario and individual goal of the challenge (hereinafter referred to as the “Challenge”);

3. reach the goal within specified timeframes;

4. confirm completion of the goal in the chatbot.

4.2. Induvidual Challenges may include but not limited to the following types of goals:

– Make a certain number of trades;

– Make a trade (or certain number of trades) with a certain asset;

– Make a Deposit with a specific currency, cryptocurrency, or by using specific deposit method;

– Verify email/phone number;

– Participate in a free tournament;

– Increase trading turnover.

4.3. The details, scenarios, goals, and other requirements (if any) of the Challenge will be determined by the chatbot individually for each Participant.

5. Prizes and Bonuses

5.1. All Participants who successfully complete their individual Challenges may be elegible to enjoy prizes. The receipt of prizes may be subject to certain conditions outlined herein.

The prizes will be determined by the chatbot individually and may vary among Participants.

Prizes may include:

– Deposit Bonus;

– Non-deposit Bonus;

– Risk-free trades;

– other incentives, as determined by the chatbot.

5.2. The nature of individual prizes will be communicated via chatbot along with the Perticipant’s individual Challenge.

5.3. The established prizes are not exchangeable and cannot be replaced with a monetary equivalent.

5.4. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the designated prizes with items of equal or greater value at its discretion.

6. Prizes Procedure

6.1. Prizes will become available in the “Bonuses” section of the Participant’s personal Account on Binomo no later than 23:59 UTC+3 March 15, 2024, subject to the results of Participants’ Challenges have successfully passed an fraud check.

7. Additional Terms

7.1. Participants may participate in the Promotion only once. Registration of new Accounts on Binomo by already registered users (clients), as well as other fraudulent actions in order to participate in the Promotion, are not allowed.

Participants explicitly acknowledge and agree that any form of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to manipulation, deceit, or any attempt to exploit the terms of this Promotion, is strictly prohibited.

7.2. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify Participants who are in breach with Clause 7.1 herein and not to take into account results of their Chellenges.

7.3. By taking part in the Promotion, the Participant gives their express and free consent to the Organizer to collect and process their personal data, including but not limited to their name, surname, nickname on Binomo (if any), Binomo user ID, contact details, phone number and other data. In addition, the Participant consents to the publication of their name, surname, nickname on Binomo (if any), Binomo user ID in the Organizer’s channels, groups and communities in social media, as well as in promotional and other materials of the Organizer. The Participant can withdraw their consent by sending notification to the email address dataprotection@binomo.com.

7.4. The Organizer is not responsible, including but not limited to, for the following:

1) Failure or the inability of Binomo users to familiarize with these Rules, or their misunderstandings of any of its terms and conditions;

2) the non-receipt/untimely receipt of the information necessary to receive prizes, through the fault of the Participants themselves or through the fault of communications providers, or for other reasons beyond the control of the Organizer;

3) any mistakes and their consequences made by Participants when entering or participating in the Promotion.

4) failure for any reason of the Participants to meet the participation requirements.

7.5. The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice, including prior to the expiration of the Promotion Period. Participants are required to independently monitor for any updates by checking the Organizer’s Website.

7.6. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with any third-party platforms or social media networks.

7.7. “Real account”, “Account”, “no-deposit Bonus”, and “Deposit bonus” are read and understood as defined in the Client Agreement published on https://binomo.com/.
