1. General provisions on the procedure for holding the contest
1.1. The “Binomo&Duende Treasure Hunt” contest (hereinafter referred to in these Rules as “the Contest”) is held to promote the Binomo trading platform.
1.2. Participants of the Contest (hereinafter referred to as “Participants”) must be legally eligible individuals who are registered users of the Binomo platform located at https://binomo.com/ and followers of Binomo’s official Instagram account (link: https://www.instagram.com/binomo_america_latina/) and Binomo’s Telegram account (link: https://t.me/binomo_america_latina).
1.3. By taking part in the Contest, Participants fully agree to these Rules.
1.4. Participation in the Contest is free of charge.
2. Information about the organizer of the Contest
2.1. The organizer of the Contest is Dolphin Corp LLC (a company incorporated under the laws of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, registration number 915 LLC 2021, whose office is located at Euro House, Richmond Hill Road, Kingstown, St.Vincent and the Grenadines).
2.2. The website where information about the Contest can be found is https://blog.binomo.com/treasure-hunt-rules/ (hereinafter referred to in these Rules as the “Organizer’s Site”).
3. Contest dates
3.1. The Contest is to be held during the period from September 9, 2024 to September 30, 2024 (hereinafter referred to as the Contest Period).
4. Conditions for participation in the Contest
4.1. To participate in the Contest, the following conditions must be simultaneously met:
– be a registered user of the Binomo platform;
– be a follower of the official Binomo Instagram account (link: https://www.instagram.com/binomo_america_latina/) and Binomo on Telegram (link: https://t.me/binomo_america_latina);
– follow the link posted in the Organizer’s Telegram channel (https://t.me/binomo_america_latina);
– provide an email address, answer all the questions correctly, and press “submit” to send the completed form.
5. The amount of the prize fund for the Contest
5.1. The total prize fund for the Contest is 1 (one) cash prize of 300 (three hundred) dollars.
5.2. Only one winner who is a participant in the Contest will receive the prize.
5.3. The prizesestablished in clause 5.1 are not exchangeable.
5.4. The winner of the Contest may get access to bonuses and other privileges provided by the Organizer’s partner duende.ba (https://www.instagram.com/duende.ba/). The Organizer is not responsible for the actions of the partner or the availability of any bonuses to the winner of the Contest. 6. The procedure for determining the winners of Contest
6.1. The winner of the Contest will be the Participant who first fulfills the conditions listed in Section 4 of these Rules.
6.2. The winner will be announced by the Organizer on Binomo’s Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/binomo_america_latina/) and Telegram (https://t.me/binomo_america_latina) no later than 18:00 Argentina Time on October 04, 2024.
6.3. The Organizer will notify the winner at the email specified when filling out the form about the conditions for receiving the prize, as well as request the information that the winner must provide to the Organizer to receive the prize within 10 (Ten) business days of the date of receipt of notification from the Organizer.
7. Information on the terms and procedure for winners to receive prizes in the Contest
7.1. The valuable prize specified in clause 5.1 of these Rules will be sent to the winner no later than 10 (Ten) business days after the winner provides the information for it to be sent to the Organizer (clause 6.3 of these Rules). The prize will be sent by the Organizer’s partner duende.ba (https://www.instagram.com/duende.ba/.)
7.2. In the event that the winner in accordance with clause 6.3. of these Rules within the prescribed period of time does not provide the Organizer with their address, or any other information necessary to send them the prize, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel that person’s win and choose the next winner who has met the conditions specified in Section 4 of these Rules.
7.3. The Organizer is not responsible for the consequences of any errors and/or inaccuracies made by the Participant, including but not limited to: incorrect or inaccurate indication of their data and/or other information.
8. Additional terms and conditions
8.1. A participant may participate in the Contest only 1 (one) time. New Binomo accounts may not be created by registered users, and users may not engage in any fraudulent practices to participate in the Contest.
8.2. The Organizer of the Contest will not take into account the results of any Participants who violate clause 8.1 of these Rules.
8.3. By performing the conclusive actions provided for in clause 4.1 of these Rules, the Participant agrees to the Organizer processing their personal data, including, but not limited to, their first and last name, alias, ID, and their User ID on the Binomo platform, as well as to their publishing on the Binomo platform, in Binomo channels, groups, and communities on social media, as well as in the Organizer’s promotional materials. The Participant can withdraw their consent by sending notification to the email address dataprotection@binomo.com.
8.4. By performing the conclusive actions provided for in clause 4.1 of these Rules, the Participant also agrees that the Organizer can transfer their personal data, specifically, their first and last name, alias, ID, and user ID on the Binomo platform, to the partner Joaquin Piaggio, who will collect, store, and process said personal data of the Participant and who undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of that personal data with appropriate precautions to prevent its unauthorized disclosure. The Participant’s personal data will be used only for the purposes of the Partner awarding the prize, and the Organizer will take all necessary measures to ensure its confidentiality. The Partner will keep the Participant’s personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes set out above.
8.5. The Contest organizer is not responsible for the following:
1) the inability (not through the fault of the Organizer) of users of the Binomo platform to familiarize themselves with the rules posted by the Organizer;
2) the inability of Participants to familiarize themselves with the list of winners of the Contest posted by the Organizer;
3) the non-receipt/untimely receipt by the Organizer of the information necessary to receive prizes, through the fault of the Participants themselves or through the fault of communications systems, or for other reasons beyond the control of the Organizer;
4) non-receipt of prizes by winners through not claiming them or refusing to claim them;
5) for any consequences of mistakes made by Participants when participating in the Contest.
8.6. The Organizer has the right to amend these Rules at any time by posting corresponding information on the Organizer’s Site. Users of the Binomo platform interested in participating in the Contest must independently monitor for updates of the Contest Rules by checking for corresponding changes on the Organizer’s Site.
8.7. By participating in the Contest, the Participant fully releases Meta/Instagram and Telegram from liability for the consequences of such participation.
8.8. This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, managed, or affiliated with Meta/Instagram or Telegram.
