Rules of the promotion “New 2024 VIP”

1. General provisions on the procedure for holding the promotion

1.1. The “New 2024 VIP” promotion (hereinafter referred to in these Rules as the “Promotion”) is held in order to promote the Binomo trading platform located on the website https://binomo.com/ (hereinafter referred to as “Binomo,” the “Binomo” platform).

1.2. Participants of the Promotion (hereinafter referred to as “Participants”) must be legally eligible individuals who (i) are registered users of the Binomo platform with VIP status**, and (ii) are subscribers to the following Binomo Telegram channel https://binomo.com/?tg_link=blog (hereinafter referred to as the “Telegram Channel”).

1.3. By participating in the Promotion, i.e. by performing the implied actions referred to in clause 4.1 of these Rules, the Participants fully agree to these Rules and accept them.

1.4. Participation in the Promotion is free of charge.

2. Information about the organizer of the Promotion

2.1. The organizer of the Promotion is Dolphin Corp LLC (a company incorporated under the laws of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, registration number 915 LLC 2021, whose office is located at Euro House, Richmond Hill Road, Kingstown, St.Vincent and the Grenadines) (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

2.2. The website where information about the Promotion can be found is https://blog.binomo.com/vip/ (hereinafter referred to in these Rules as the “Organizer’s Site”).

3. Promotion dates

3.1. The Promotion is to be held during the period from 18.01.2024 to 28.01.2024 (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion Period”).

4. Terms and conditions for participation in the Promotion

4.1. To participate in the Promotion, you must simultaneously fulfill the following conditions during the Promotion Period:

make a one-time deposit of at least 15 (fifteen) US Dollars or the equivalent in another currency into your Real Account on the Binomo platform;
when making a Deposit, use the special promo code NEW2024VIP.

4.2. Each Participant may participate in the Promotion an unlimited number of times. Each Participant will only be counted once when determining the winners.

5. Promotion prize fund

5.1. The total prize fund of the Promotion consists of 6 (six) no-deposit Bonuses in the following amounts:

25 USD (twenty-five US Dollars) – 2 (two) no-deposit Bonuses;
15 USD (fifteen US Dollars) – 2 (two) no-deposit Bonuses;
10 USD (ten US Dollars) – 2 (two) no-deposit Bonuses.

5.2. The established prizes are not interchangeable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Procedure for determining the winners of the Promotion

6.1. The winners will be selected from among the Participants of the Promotion who fulfilled the conditions by means of a random number generator (randomizer) on 30.01.2024.

6.2. The total number of winners in the Promotion is 6 (Six).

6.3. The prizes are to be distributed among the winners in accordance with who was determined to be a winner of the Promotion.

6.4. The results of determining the winners of the Promotion will be published on the Organizer’s Website and/or in the Telegram Channel no later than 23:59 UTC+3 02.02.2024.

7. Information on the timing and procedure for receiving prizes

7.1. The no-deposit bonus becomes available in the “Gifts” section of the winner’s Personal Account on the Binomo platform no later than 23:59 UTC+3 02.02.2024.

7.2. The Organizer is not liable for any consequences of the Participant’s mistakes, including (but not limited to) the Participant incorrectly entering their ID on the Binomo platform.

8. Additional terms and conditions

8.1. New Binomo Accounts may not be created by registered users, and users may not engage in any fraudulent practices to participate in the Promotion.

8.2. The results of Promotion Participants who have violated clause 8.1 of these Rules will not be taken into account by the Organizer.

8.3. By performing the implied actions provided for in clause 4.1 of these Rules, the Participant consents to the Organizer collecting and processing their personal data, including their first and last name, Telegram nickname, User ID on the Binomo platform, contact and other information, residential address, telephone number, and other data. In addition, by performing the implied actions provided for in clause 4.1 of these Rules, the Participant consents to the publication of their first and last name, Telegram nickname, and User ID on the Binomo platform in Binomo channels, groups, and communities on social media and in the Organizer’s promotional and other materials. The Participant can withdraw their consent by sending notification to the email address dataprotection@binomo.com.

8.4. The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the following:

the inability of Users of the Binomo platform to familiarize themselves with these Rules;
the inability of Participants to familiarize themselves with the list of winners of the Promotion;
the non-receipt/untimely receipt of the information necessary to receive prizes, through the fault of the Participants themselves or through the fault of communications systems, or for other reasons beyond the control of the Organizer;
non-fulfillment (untimely fulfillment) by Participants of the Promotion of the obligations stipulated in these Rules;
non-receipt by winners of prizes through not claiming them or refusing to claim them;
any consequences of mistakes made by Participants when participating in the Promotion.

8.5. The Organizer has the right to amend these Rules at any time by posting corresponding information on the Organizer’s website. Persons interested in participating in the Promotion must independently monitor for updates of the Promotion Rules by checking for corresponding changes on the Organizer’s website.

8.6. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant completely exempts Telegram from liability for the consequences of such participation.

8.7. This Promotion is not sponsored, recommended, or managed by, or affiliated with Telegram.

8.8. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant confirms that the Organizer may include their name (pseudonym/nickname) onTelegram when announcing the winners.

8.9. The terms “Account,” “Bonus,” “Deposit,” “Real Account,” and “User” shall be interpreted in accordance with the Client Agreement published on the website https://binomo.com/.

**A VIP trader is a trader whose total deposits into their real account on the Binomo platform amount to at least 1,000 US dollars or the equivalent amount in another currency.
