Rules of the promotion “Holi Deepak Chahar”

1. General provisions on the procedure for holding the promotion

1.1. The “Holi Deepak Chahar” promotion (hereinafter referred to in these Rules as the “Promotion”) is held in order to promote the Binomo trading platform located at https://binomo.com/ (hereinafter referred to as “Binomo,” the “Binomo” platform).

1.2. Participants of the Promotion (hereinafter referred to as the “Participants”) must be legally eligible individuals who are registered users of the Binomo platform.

1.3. By participating in the Promotion, the Participants fully agree to these Rules.

1.4. Participation in the Promotion is free of charge.

2. Information about the organizer of the Promotion

2.1. The Promotion is organized by Dolphin Corp LLC (a company incorporated under the laws of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, registration number 915 LLC 2021, whose office is located at Euro House, Richmond Hill Road, Kingstown, St.Vincent and the Grenadines) (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

2.2. The website where information about the Promotion can be found is https://blog.binomo.com/“Holi Deepak Chahar”/ (hereinafter referred to in these Rules as the “Organizer’s Site”).

3. Promotion dates

3.1. The Promotion is to be held during the period from 15.03.2024 to 31.03.2024 (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion Period”).

4. Terms and conditions for participation in the Promotion

4.1. To participate in the Promotion, the following conditions must be met simultaneously:

be a registered user of the Binomo platform;
be a follower of the official Binomo Instagram page: (https://www.instagram.com/binomo/);
post a photo or video of the Holi celebration on your Instagram account;
tag the Binomo account in the post and include the hashtag #BinomoXDeepakHoli.

4.2. Each Participant may participate in the Promotion an unlimited number of times. When determining the winners, each Participant will be counted as many times as they fulfill the conditions of participation in the Promotion set forth in clause 4.2.

5. Promotion prize fund

5.1. The prize fund for the Promotion consists of valuable prize(s):

5.1.1. If the number of participants in the Promotion is from 1 to 49 — 1 (one) Samsung Galaxy smartphone worth $1,666 (One thousand six hundred sixty-six) dollars;

5.1.2. If the number of participants in the promotion is from 50 to 89 — 2 (Two) Samsung Galaxy smartphones worth $1,666 (One thousand six hundred sixty-six) dollars;

5.1.3. If the number of participants in the promotion is 90 or more — 3 (Three) Samsung Galaxy smartphones worth $1,666 (One thousand six hundred sixty-six ) dollars;

5.1.4. 15 (Fifteen) T-shirts featuring the Binomo logo and autograph of Deepak Chahar.

5.2. The prizes may differ in appearance from the images on the promotional materials for the Promotion.

5.3. The prizes established in clauses 5.1.1.-5.1.3. will be substituted with the cash equivalent of the prize, which will be credited to the winner’s Real Account on the Binomo platform.

5.4. The prizes established in clause 5.1.4. are not interchangeable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Procedure for determining the winners of the Promotion

6.1. The winners will be selected from among the Participants of the Promotion who fulfilled the conditions by means of a random number generator (randomizer) no later than 07.04.2024.

6.2. The total number of winners in the Promotion depends on the number of Participants in the Promotion.

6.3. The results of the Promotion will be posted on Binomo’s official Instagram page (https://www.instagram.com/binomo/) no later than 23:59 UTC+3 on 14.04.2024.

6.4. The Organizer will notify the winners via direct message on Instagram about the conditions for receiving the prize, as well as to request the information that the winners must provide to the Organizer in order to receive the prize within 5 (Five) business days from the date of receipt of notification from the Organizer.

7. Information on the timing and procedure for receiving prizes

7.1. The valuable prizes specified in clause 5.1.4. of these Rules are to be sent to the winners no later than 30 (Thirty) calendar days after the winner provides their mailing information to the Organizer (clause 6.4 of the Rules).

7.2. If the winner does not inform the Organizer of their address, or any other information necessary for delivery of the prize in accordance with clause 6.4 of the Rules, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel that individual’s win and reduce the total number of winners of the Promotion accordingly.

7.3. The cash equivalent of the prize will be credited to the winner’s Real Account in their account on the Binomo platform no later than 10 (Ten) business days after the results of the Promotion are posted on Binomo’s official Instagram page (https://www.instagram.com/binomo/).

7.4. The Organizer is not responsible for the consequences of any errors and/or inaccuracies made by the Participant, including but not limited to: incorrect or inaccurate indication of their data and/or other information.

8. Additional terms and conditions

8.1. New Binomo accounts may not be created by registered users, and users may not engage in any fraudulent practices to participate in the Promotion.

8.2. The results of Promotion Participants who have violated clause 8.1 of these Rules will not be taken into account by the Organizer.

8.3. By performing the conclusive actions provided for in clause 4.1 of these Rules, the Participant agrees to the processing by the Organizer of their personal data, including the processing and publication of their first and last name and their User ID on the Binomo platform, in Binomo channels, groups, and communities on social media, as well as in the Organizer’s promotional materials. The Participant may withdraw their consent by sending notification to the email address dataprotection@binomo.com.

8.4. The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the following:

the inability (not through the fault of the Organizer) of Users of the Binomo platform to familiarize themselves with the rules posted by the Organizer;
the inability of Participants to familiarize themselves with the list of winners of the Promotion posted by the Organizer;
the non-receipt/untimely receipt of the information necessary to receive prizes, through the fault of the Participants themselves or through the fault of communications systems, or for other reasons beyond the control of the Organizer;
non-fulfillment (untimely fulfillment) by Participants of the Promotion of the obligations stipulated in these Rules;
non-receipt by winners of prizes through not claiming them or refusing to claim them;
any consequences of mistakes made by Participants when participating in the Promotion.

8.5. The Organizer has the right to amend these Rules at any time by posting corresponding information on the Organizer’s Site. Persons interested in participating in the Promotion must independently monitor for updates of the Promotion Rules by checking for corresponding changes on the Organizer’s Website.

8.6. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant grants the Organizer and its affiliates the non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sub-licensable worldwide right and license for use in any manner and for any purpose of the Participant’s first and last name, ID and name (pseudonym) on the Binomo platform, and image.

8.7. The term “Real Account” is interpreted in accordance with the Client Agreement published on the binomo.com website.

8.8. The terms contained in these Rules apply to the singular and plural forms of such terms, as well as to the masculine, feminine, and neuter genders of such terms.
