1. General provisions
1.1. The “VIP4VIP Special Offer” (hereinafter referred to in these Rules as the “Special Offer”) is organized by Dolphin Corp LLC (a company incorporated under the laws of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, registration number 915 LLC 2021, whose registered office is located at Euro House, Richmond Hill Road, Kingstown, St. Vincent and the Grenadines),hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), which is the provider of the Binomo trading platform located at https://binomo.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Binomo platform”).
1.2. The website on the internet where you can familiarize yourself with information about the Special Offer is https://blog.binomo.com/rules-for-vip4vip/ (hereinafter referred to in these Rules as the “Special Offer Website”).
1.3. Within the framework of the Special Offer and under the conditions set out in these Rules, newly registered persons on the Binomo platform who have VIP status on any other online trading platform on the internet may be granted VIP status on the Binomo platform without fulfilling the standard Binomo requirements for obtaining such status. 1.4. The Special Offer may be used by eligible individuals who are residents of the following countries, Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Guyana, Guatemala, Honduras, India, Kazakhstan, Mexico, St. Kitts and Nevis, Pakistan, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Trinidad and Tobago, Turkey, Uruguay, Venezuela, and Ukraine, who are not registered users of the Binomo platform and who have VIP trader status on any other online trading platform on the internet (hereinafter referred to as “Participants”).
1.5. By applying for the Special Offer, the Participants fully agree to these Rules.
2. Duration of the Special Offer
2.1. The Special Offer is valid from November 15, 2023 through January 31, 2024 (the “Special Offer Period”).
3. Terms of the Special Offer
3.1. In order to take advantage of the Special Offer, the following conditions must be met by the Participant during the Special Offer Period:
– register on the Binomo platform;
– in their Personal Account on the Binomo platform, apply for the Special Offer by sending the code word VIP4VIP to the platform chatbot, including a screenshot of their Personal Account (trading room) on any other online trading platform on the Internet, containing information confirming that the Participant has VIP status on that platform.
The submitted screenshot must meet all of the following requirements:
- the screenshot should show the entire screen of the Participant’s personal account (traderoom);
- the screenshot must clearly show information confirming that the Participant has VIP status;
- all the information in the screenshot must be readable;
- there should be no indication that the image was photoshopped or otherwise modified.
3.2. No later than 5 (Five) business days from the date the Participant submits their application, the Company shall notify the Participant of the results of their consideration at the email address specified in their Personal Account on the Binomo platform.
3.3. If the Participant has duly fulfilled all the conditions set out in clause 3.1 of these Rules, the Company grants that Participant permanent VIP status on the Binomo platform no later than 5 (Five) business days from the moment the Participant’s application is approved.
3.4. If the screenshot submitted by the Participant is not sufficient enough for their application to be approved, the Company has the right to request from that Participant additional information confirming their right to receive VIP status on the Binomo platform within the framework of the Special Offer. In that case, the time period for approval of that Participant’s application shall be extended by the time period needed for providing additional information.
3.5. The Company has the right to refuse to grant the Participant VIP status on the Binomo platform within the framework of the Special Offer in the following cases:
- The Participant is not a VIP trader on any online trading platform on the internet;
- The Participant has not performed all the necessary actions specified in clause 3.1 of these Rules;
- the screenshot submitted by the Participant does not meet one or more of the requirements listed in clause 3.1 of these Rules;
- The Participant has violated the Binomo Platform Client Agreement or has engaged in fraudulent activities in order to take advantage of the Special Offer;
- The Participant has not provided additional information confirming their eligibility for VIP status on the Binomo platform within the framework of the Special Offer at the Company’s request;
- in any other cases where it is not possible to reliably establish that the Participant has VIP status on another online trading platform on the internet..
4. Additional Terms
4.1. The Participant may use the Special Offer only once. No more than one Account on the Binomo platform may be registered, and fraudulent actions may not be performed in order to take advantage of the Special Offer.
4.2. By performing the conclusive actions stipulated in clause 3.1 of these Rules, the Participant gives their consent to the Company’s processing of their personal data, including their first and last name, email address, ID on any online trading platform on the internet, and information about their balance, deposits, and transactions on such platforms.
The Company guarantees that it will take all the necessary measures to ensure the confidentiality of the Participants’ personal data. Such data will be used solely for the purposes of the Special Offer and only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it is to be used.
The participant has the right to withdraw their consent by sending notification to the email address dataprotection@binomo.com. At the same time, withdrawal of consent will not affect the legality of personal data processing carried out before such withdrawal. Withdrawal of consent may also result in the Participant not being able to take advantage of the Special Offer.
4.3. The company is not responsible for the following:
1) the inability (through no fault of the Company) of interested parties to familiarize themselves with these rules posted by the Company;
2) the non-receipt/untimely receipt by the Company of the information necessary for consideration of the application for the Special Offer through the fault of the Participants themselves or for other reasons beyond the control of the Company;
4) for any consequences of mistakes made by Participants when applying for the Special Offer.
4) the inability of a Participant to provide evidence that such Participant has VIP status on another online trading platform on the internet.
4.4. The Company has the right to amend these Rules at any time by posting corresponding information on the Special Offer Website. Persons interested in the Special Offer are obliged to independently monitor for updates of these Rules by checking for changes on the Special Offer Website.
4.5. The terms “Account” and “My Account” shall be interpreted in accordance with the Binomo Platform’s Client Agreement.
