Rules for conducting the “Great Apple Challenge” promotion

1. General provisions regarding the procedure for conducting the promotion

1.1. The “Great Apple Challenge” promotion (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”) is conducted with the aim of promoting the Binomo trading platform, located at https://binomo.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Binomo Platform”)

1.2. Participants (hereinafter referred to as “Participants”) of the Promotion may be capable individuals who are registered users of the Binomo Platform (hereinafter referred to as “User”), as well as subscribers of the official Binomo Blog page.

1.3. By participating in the Promotion, which involves taking the specific actions mentioned in section 4.1 of these Rules, Participants fully agree to and accept these Rules.

1.4. Participation in the Promotion is free of charge.

2. Information about the Promotion Organizer

2.1. The Organizer of the Promotion is Dolphin Corp LLC (a company registered in accordance with the laws of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, registration number 915 LLC 2021, with its office located at Euro House, Richmond Hill Road, Kingstown, St.Vincent and the Grenadines) (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

2.2. The website where information about the Promotion can be found is https://blog.binomo.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer’s Website” in these Rules).

3. Duration of the Promotion

3.1. The Promotion will be held from 22.06.2023 to 28.06.2023 (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion Period”).

4. Conditions for participating in the Promotion

4.1. To participate in the Promotion, the following conditions must be met simultaneously during the Promotion Period:

• Be a subscriber of the platform https://blog.binomo.com/.
• Be a registered User of the Binomo Platform or, if the Participant is not registered as a User of the Binomo Platform, register on it.
• Make a one-time Deposit into your Real Account on the Binomo Platform.
• Use the special promo code FLIP2VIP when making the Deposit.

5. Prize pool of the Promotion

5.1. The prize pool of the Promotion consists of three prizes: $300 (three hundred US dollars), $200 (two hundred US dollars), and $100 (one hundred US dollars).

6. The process of determining the winners of the Promotion

6.1. The winners will be randomly selected from the participants of the Promotion who have fulfilled all its conditions, using a random number generator (randomizer) on July 10, 2023.

6.2. The total number of winners in the Promotion is 3 (Three) individuals.

6.3. The prizes will be distributed among the winners according to the results of the Promotion.

6.4. The results of the Promotion will be published on the Organizer’s website no later than 23:59 UTC+3 on July 10, 2023.

7. Information about the deadlines and procedure for receiving prizes

7.1. The prizes will be credited to the Real Accounts of the Promotion winners on the Binomo platform on July 17, 2023.

7.2. The Organizer is not responsible for any consequences of errors and/or inaccuracies made by the participants, including but not limited to: incorrect or inaccurate provision of their data and other information.

8. Additional conditions

8.1. Each participant is only allowed to participate in the Promotion once. Registering new accounts by users already registered on the Binomo platform, as well as any other fraudulent actions with the intention of participating in the Promotion, are not allowed.

8.2. The Organizer will not consider the results of participants who violate clause 8.1 of these Rules during the conduct of the Promotion.

8.3. By performing conclusive actions as specified in clause 4.1 of these Rules, the participant gives their consent to the Organizer for the processing of their personal data, including but not limited to their ID and name (alias) on the Binomo platform. The participant also agrees to the publication of photos and video materials, with their name, surname, image, ID, and name (alias) on the Binomo platform explicitly stated and displayed in such materials. This includes publishing on the Organizer’s website, channels, and groups of the Binomo platform on social networks, and in promotional materials of the Organizer. The participant can withdraw their consent by sending a notification to the email address dataprotection@binomo.com.

8.4. The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for:

1. the inability (not caused by the Organizer) of Binomo platform users to familiarize themselves with these Rules;
2. the inability of participants to access the list of winners of the Promotion;
3. non-receipt or delayed receipt of information necessary for claiming the prizes, due to the participants themselves, telecommunication organizations, or other reasons beyond the control of the Organizer;
4. non-compliance or delayed compliance by participants of the obligations stipulated in these Rules;
5. the non-receipt of prizes by winners due to their failure to claim or refusal to accept them;
6. any consequences of errors made by participants during their participation in the Promotion.

8.5. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to these Rules at any time by posting the relevant information on the Organizer’s website. Individuals interested in participating in the Promotion are responsible for independently monitoring updates to the Promotion Rules by checking for any relevant changes on the Organizer’s website.

8.6. By participating in the Promotion, the participant grants the Organizer and its affiliated entities a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, and sublicensable right and license to use, in any manner and for any purpose, the participant’s name, surname, ID, name (alias) on the Binomo platform, as well as the participant’s image.

8.7. By participating in the Promotion, the participant acknowledges that the Organizer may use their name, surname, name (alias), and ID on the Binomo platform, as well as their image, to announce the winners in any manner, including by posting, publishing, and making them publicly available on the Binomo platform website (https://binomo.com/), the Organizer’s website, and/or the Organizer’s social media channels.

8.8. The terms “Account,” “User,” “Deposit,” “Personal Account,” and “Real Account” are interpreted in accordance with the Client Agreement published on the website https://binomo.com/.

8.9. The terms used in these Rules apply to both singular and plural forms of such terms, as well as to the masculine, feminine, and neuter genders of such terms.
