“Random Trades”

1. General provisions of the Promotion

1.1. The “Random Trades” promotion (hereinafter referred to in these Rules as the “Promotion”) is aimed at promoting the Binomo Trading Platform.

1.2. Participants of the Promotion (hereinafter referred to as “Participants”) can be legally capable individuals who are registered users of the Binomo platform and have indicated in their Personal Account as the country of residence: India, Kazakhstan or Ukraine, and who have Standard, GOLD or VIP status on the Binomo platform. 1.3. By participating in the Promotion, Participants fully agree to these Rules.

2. Information about the organizer of the Promotion

2.1. The Promotion is organized by Dolphin Corp, a company registered in accordance with the laws of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, LLC number 915 LLC 2021, whose office is located at Euro House, Richmond Hill Road, Kingstown, St. Vincent and the Grenadines (hereinafter referred to in these Rules as the “Organizer”).

2.2. The website on the Internet, where you can read the information about the Promotion – https://blog.binomo.com/random-trades-rules/ (hereinafter referred to in these Rules as the “Organizer’s website”).

3. Terms of the Promotion

3.1. The Promotion is being held from 16.09.2024 to 22.09.2024 (hereinafter referred to in these Rules as the “Promotion Period”).

3.2. The Promotion is conducted in 2 stages:

Sprint 1 is held from 16.09.2024 to 18.09.2024 (hereinafter referred to as the “Sprint 1 Period”);

Sprint 2 is held from 19.09.2024 to 21.09.2024 (hereinafter referred to as the “Sprint 2 Period”).

Each Participant may take part in one or both stages of the Promotion.

4. Terms and Conditions of the Promotion

4.1. To participate in the Promotion, the following conditions must be fulfilled during the relevant Sprint Period:

4.1.1. visit the link https://binomo.com/promo/random-trades and, using the specified clues, determine the target number. There is only one correct answer.

4.1.2. to execute on the Real Account on the Binomo platform, using the FTT and 5ST trading mechanics, the number of profitable Trades corresponding to the selected number or a larger number of profitable trades. The minimum amount of each Trade is not less than:

$1 – for Participants with Standard status;

$2 – for Participants with GOLD status;

$3 – for Participants with VIP status.

The unprofitable Trade and zero-result Trade do not count in the calculation of the number of profitable Trades.

The target number will be announced the day after the end of the respective Sprint Period.

4.2. Each Participant who has executed the number of profitable Trades (subject to the requirements specified in Clause 4.1.2 herein) corresponding to the target number will receive a Deposit to its Real Account on the Binomo platform:

Participant with Standard status – $10;

Participant with GOLD status – $20;

Participant with VIP status – $50,

which will be deposited: no later than 21.09.2024 upon completion of Sprint 1 Period; no later than 24.09.2024 upon completion of Sprint 2 Period.

5. The amount of the Promotion prize fund

5.1. The total amount of the prize fund of the Promotion is $500.

5.2. The prize is allocated between the winners in equal parts.

6. Determination of the Promotion winners

6.1. The winners of the Promotion will be determined randomly using an automated computer program – random number generator on the 22.09.2024.

6.2. The total number of winners in the Promotion is 5 (Five) persons.

6.3. The winners will be announced by the Organizer in a video that will be posted at the link: https://www.youtube.com/@BinomoPlatform not later than 28.09.2024 23:59 hours UTC.

7. The information on terms and procedure of obtaining the prizes by the Promotion winners

7.1. The prize is deposited to the Real Accounts of the Promotion winners on the Binomo platform no later than 29.09.2024.

8. Miscellaneous
8.1. Registration of new Accounts by previously registered Participants is not allowed, nor is other fraudulent action committed by Participants in order to participate in the Promotion.
8.2. Upon summarization of the results of the Promotion, the Organizer will not take into account the results of the Participants who have violated the terms and conditions of these Rules.
8.3. The Organizer of the Promotion is not liable for:
1) inability (not due to the Organizer’s fault) of users of the Binomo platform to familiarize themselves with these Rules posted by the Organizer;

2) failure to receive / delayed receipt by the Organizer of the information necessary to receive the prizes of the Promotion, through the fault of the Participants of the Promotion or for other reasons beyond the Organizer’s control;

3) failure to fulfill (delayed fulfillment) by the Participants of the Promotion of their obligations under these Rules;

4) for any consequences of the Participants’ mistakes when participating in the Promotion.
8.4. By performing conclusively the actions stipulated by these Rules, the Participant gives its consent to the Organizer’s processing of its personal data, ID, as well as to the publication of photo and video materials, including by posting on the Organizer’s Website, on channels, in groups of the Binomo platform in social networks, in the Organizer’s promotional materials. The Participant may revoke its consent by submitting a notification to the following email address: dataprotection@binomo.com
8.5. The Organizer has the right to make changes to these Promotion Rules at any time by placing the relevant information on the Organizer’s website. Participants of the Promotion are obliged to independently control the updating of the Promotion Rules by checking the relevant changes on the Organizer’s website.
8.6. The following definitions: “Real Account”, “Personal Account”, “Trade”, “profitable Trades”, “unprofitable Trades”, “zero-result Trades”, “Deposit”, “FTT”, “5ST” shall be interpreted in accordance with the Client Agreement published on the Website https://binomo.com/
