Promotion rules “Independence Day”

General provisions of the Promotion
1.1. The “Independence Day” promotion (hereinafter referred to in these Rules as the “Promotion”) is aimed at promoting the Binomo Trading Platform.

Participants of the Promotion (hereinafter referred to as the “”Participants””) must be legally eligible individuals who are registered users of the Binomo Trading Platform with VIP status and who meet the participation conditions of the Promotion. 1.3. By participating in the Promotion, Participants fully agree to these Rules.
Information about the organiser of the Promotion
2.1. The Promotion is organized by Dolphin Corp (a company registered in accordance with the laws of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, LLC number 915 LLC 2021, whose office is located at Euro House, Richmond Hill Road, Kingstown, St.Vincent and the Grenadines).
2.2. The website on the internet where you can read information about the Promotion is https://blog.binomo.com (hereinafter referred to in these Rules as the “Organiser’s Website”)
Terms of the Promotion
3.1. The Promotion is to be held from 05/09/2024 to 09/09/2024 (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion Period).
Terms of the Promotion
4.1. For participating in the Promotion, all the following conditions should be met during the Promotion Period:
4.1.1. make a Deposit of any amount to your Real Account on the Binomo platform, but not less than the minimum approved deposit on the Binomo Trading Platform;
4.1.2. when making the Deposit, use the special promo code “independence7” or “INDEPENDENCE7”;
4.1.3. after using the special promo code, make Deposits to your Real Account on the Binomo Trading Platform, each of which must be no less than the minimum approved Deposit on the Binomo Trading Platform.
Prize Fund of the Promotion
5.1. The promotion total prize fund is 300 (Three hundred) USD.
5.2. Only one winner, who is a Participant of the Promotion, will receive the prize fund.
The Procedure for Determining the Winner of the Promotion
6.1. The winner of the Promotion will be the Participant who will has made the largest number of Deposits during the Promotion Period after using the special promo code, provided that all the conditions specified in paragraph 4.1 are met.
6.2. The winners will be determined on 13/09/2024.
6.3. The Promotion results will be published on the Organizer’s Website no later 13/09/2024.
6.4. The Organiser will notify the winner, using the contact information specified in their Personal Account on the Binomo Trading Platform.
Information on the Timing and Procedure for Receiving Prizes for Winner of the Promotion
7.1. The prize fund will be credited to the winner’s Real Account on the Binomo Trading Platform no later than 17/09/2024.
7.2. The Organiser is not responsible for any consequences of the Participant’s mistakes, including (among other things) incorrect indication by the Participant of their contact information in their Personal Account on the Binomo Trading Platform.
Additional Terms
8.1. The Participant is entitled to take part in the Promotion only once. Registration of new accounts by previously registered users is not allowed, nor is other fraudulent action committed by users in order to participate in the Promotion.
8.2. When totaling the results of the Promotion, the Organiser will not take into account the results of Participants who violated clause 8.1 of these Rules.
8.3. On the basis of implied consent provided for in clauses 4.1 of these Rules, the Participant agrees to the processing by the Organiser of their personal information and ID, as well as to the publication of photo and video materials, including by posting on the Organiser’s Website, on channels, in groups of the Binomo Trading Platform on social networks, and in promotional materials of the Organiser. The Participant can withdraw their consent by sending a notification to the email address dataprotection@binomo.com.
8.4. The Organiser of the Promotion is not responsible for the following:
1) Promotion participants inability (not due to the Organizer’s fault) to read these rules posted by the Organizer;
2) the inability of Promotion participants to familiarize themselves with the results of the Promotion posted by the Organiser;
3) the non-receipt/untimely receipt by the Organizer of the information necessary for the winners of the Promotion to receive their prizes, through the fault of the winners themselves, through the fault of communications organization, or for other reasons beyond the control of the Organizer;
4) non-fulfillment (untimely fulfillment) by Participants of the Promotion of the obligations stipulated in these Rules;
5) non-receipt by winners of prizes through not claiming them or refusing to claim them;
6) for any consequences of mistakes made by Participants when participating in the Promotion.
8.5. The Organiser has the right to make changes to the Promotion Rules at any time by posting corresponding information on the Organiser’s Website. Participants of the Promotion are required to independently monitor for updates of the Promotion Rules by checking for changes on the Organiser’s Website.
8.6. The terms “Personal Account on the Binomo Trading Platform”, “Deposit”, “Real Account on the Binomo Trading Platform” shall be interpreted in accordance with the Client Agreement published on the binomo.com website. Regarding other issues, not regulated by these Rules, the Promotion Participants shall be guided by the Client Agreement.
