Prize Shower

1. General provisions on the procedure for holding the promotion
1.1.The “Prize Shower” promotion (hereinafter referred to in these Rules as the “Promotion”) is held in order to promote the Binomo trading platform located on the website https://binomo.com/ (hereinafter referred to as “Binomo,” the “Binomo” platform).
1.2. Participants of the Promotion (hereinafter referred to as the “Participants”) must be legally eligible individuals who are registered users of the Binomo platform.
1.3. By participating in the Promotion, i.e. by performing the conclusive actions referred to in clause 4.1 of these Rules, the Participants fully agree to these Rules and accept them.
1.4. Participation in the Promotion is free of charge.

2. Information about the organizer of the Promotion
2.1. The Promotion is organized by Dolphin Corp LLC (a company incorporated under the laws of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, registration number 915 LLC 2021, whose office is located at Euro House, Richmond Hill Road, Kingstown, St.Vincent and the Grenadines) (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).
2.2. The website where you can familiarize yourself with information about the Promotion is https://blog.binomo.com/prize-shower/ (hereinafter referred to in these Rules as the “Organizer’s Site”).

3. Promotion dates
3.1. The Promotion is to be held during the period from 16.01.2024 to 28.01.2024 (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion Period”).

4. Terms and conditions for participation in the Promotion
4.1. To participate in the Promotion, you must simultaneously fulfill the following conditions during the Promotion Period:
be a registered user of the Binomo platform;
fund your Real Account on the Binomo platform using the promo code “PRIZE1” with at least 15 US dollars or the equivalent in another currency depending on the currency of the Participant’s Account.
That said:
Participants who fund their Real Account using the specified promo code with between 15 and 100 US dollars, or the equivalent in another currency depending on the currency of the Participant’s Account, will be eligible to participate in the distribution of third tier prizes;
Participants who fund their Real Account using the specified promo code with between 101 and 300 US dollars, or the equivalent in another currency depending on the currency of the Participant’s Account, will be eligible to participate in the distribution of second and third tier prizes;
Participants who fund their Real Account using the specified promo code with 301 US dollars or more, or the equivalent in another currency depending on the currency of the Participant’s Account, will be eligible to participate in the distribution of first, second, and third tier prizes.
4.2. Each Participant may participate in the Promotion an unlimited number of times. For the second and subsequent Deposits, the use of a promo code is not mandatory. When determining the winners, each Participant will be counted as many times as they made deposits into their Real Account during the Promotion Period. At the same time, in order to determine prize distribution tier the Participant can take part in, only the amount of the first Deposit within the framework of this Promotion is taken into account.

5. Promotion prize fund
5.1. The prize fund for the Promotion consists of three tiers of prizes:
First tier prize: 500 (Five hundred) US dollars or the equivalent amount in another currency depending on the currency of the Participant’s Account;
Second tier prizes:
200 (Two hundred) US dollars or the equivalent amount in another currency depending on the currency of the Participant’s Account;
100 (One hundred) US dollars or the equivalent amount in another currency depending on the currency of the Participant’s Account;
50 US dollars or the equivalent amount in another currency depending on the currency of the Participant’s Account;
Third tier prizes: 10 (Ten) No-Deposit Bonuses of 15 (Fifteen) US dollars each.

6. Procedure for determining the winners of the Promotion
6.1. The winners will be selected from among the Participants of the Promotion who fulfilled the conditions by means of a random number generator (randomizer) no later than 2.02.2024.
6.2.The total number of winners in the Promotion is 14 (Fourteen) people.
6.3. The prizes are to be distributed among the winners in accordance with who was determined to be a winner of the Promotion.
6.4. The results of the Promotion will be published on the Organizer’s Website no later than 23:59 UTC+3 on 12.02.2024.

7. Information on the timing and procedure for receiving prizes
7.1. Cash prizes are credited to real accounts and No-Deposit Bonuses become available in the “Gifts” section of the winners’ Personal Accounts on the Binomo platform no later than 19.02.2024.
7.2 The Organizer is not responsible for the consequences of any errors and/or inaccuracies made by the Participant, including but not limited to: incorrect or inaccurate indication of their data and/or other information.

8. Additional terms and conditions
8.1. New Binomo accounts may not be created by registered users, and users may not engage in any fraudulent practices to participate in the Promotion.
8.2. The results of Promotion Participants who have violated clause 8.1 of these Rules will not be taken into account by the Organizer.
8.3. By performing the conclusive actions provided for in clause 4.1 of these Rules, the Participant agrees to the processing by the Organizer of their personal data, including the processing and publication of their first and last name and their User ID on the Binomo platform, in Binomo channels, groups, and communities on social media, as well as in the Organizer’s promotional materials. The Participant can withdraw their consent by sending notification to the email address dataprotection@binomo.com.
8.4. The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the following:
the inability (not through the fault of the Organizer) of Users of the Binomo platform to familiarize themselves with the rules posted by the Organizer;
the inability of Participants to familiarize themselves with the list of winners of the Promotion posted by the Organizer;
the non-receipt/untimely receipt of the information necessary to receive prizes, through the fault of the Participants themselves or through the fault of communications systems, or for other reasons beyond the control of the Organizer;
non-fulfillment (untimely fulfillment) by Participants of the Promotion of the obligations stipulated in these Rules;
non-receipt by winners of prizes through not claiming them or refusing to claim them;
any consequences of mistakes made by Participants when participating in the Promotion.
8.5. The Organizer has the right to amend these Rules at any time by posting corresponding information on the Organizer’s Site. Persons interested in participating in the Promotion must independently monitor for updates of the Promotion Rules by checking for corresponding changes on the Organizer’s Website.
8.6. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant grants the Organizer and its affiliates the non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sub-licensable worldwide right and license for use in any manner and for any purpose of the Participant’s first and last name, ID and name (pseudonym) on the Binomo platform, and image.
8.7. The terms “Real Account,” “Personal Account,” “No-Deposit Bonus,” and “Deposit” are understood as defined in the Client Agreement posted on the website at https://binomo.com/.
8.8. The terms contained in these Rules are applicable to the singular and plural forms of such terms, as well as to the masculine, feminine, and neuter genders of such terms.
