Advance payment for status traders 

Advance payment is a special benefit only for Gold, VIP, and Prestige traders. If your deposit gets delayed, you can activate advance payment and start trading right away without having to wait. 

How does it work? 

Advance payment is the same as your deposit: you can make profit, participate in tournaments, make new deposits, etc. It’s just a special benefit for our status trader as yourself. 

When you activate an advance payment, we transfer the amount you’ve deposited to your real account balance as an advance. So you can start using it for trading while we’re looking for your deposit. 

Note that while advance payment is active, your withdrawals will be temporarily turned off. We’ll turn them back on, once we find your deposit. It usually takes no more than 24 hours, but in rare cases — up to a few days.

How to activate an advance payment? 

Here are the steps:

1. Tell us about your stuck deposit and ask to activate an advance payment. In a chatbot (red question mark button in the bottom left corner in Traderoom).
   
2. Support agent will ask you for proof of payment (screenshot of a receipt with date, time and sum visible).
   
3. The agent will check your receipt and activate an advance payment for you. You can trade while we deal with your stuck deposit.
