1. General Information
1.1. “Lollapaloozaar” promotion (the “Promotion”) is brought by Dolphin Corp LLC, a company registered in St. Vincent and the Grenadines with registration number 915 LLC 2021 and a registered address at Euro House, Richmond Hill Road, Kingstown, St.Vincent and the Grenadines (“We”, “Us”, “Our”).
1.2. Our goal is to improve the experience of using the Binomo platform (the “Binomo”, “Platform”) and to increase its Users loyalty.
1.3. Promotion terms and conditions (the “Rules”) are available at https://blog.binomo.com/lollapaloozaar/ (the “Promotion Page”, “Our Site”).
2. Who can join the Promotion
2.1. Participation is open to legally capable individuals (“You”, “Your”, “Participant(-s)”) who are registered Users of Binomo (the “Participation Criteria”).
2.2. These Rules may also have additional requirements. Please, review them carefully.
3. When We run the Promotion
3.1. The Promotion runs from March 03, 2025 (00:00 UTC) (the “Start Date”) to March 17, 2025 (23:59 UTC) (the “End Date”) (the “Promotion Period”).
4. How to participate?
4.1. To take part in the Promotion, You need to complete a task (the “Task”) within the Promotion Period by making a one-time Deposit of any amount to Your Binomo Real Account using the promo code “LOLLA100” (hereinafter referred to as the “Qualified Deposit”).
4.2. Completion of the Task counts as a Your entry into the Rewards owners selection.
4.3. Please keep in mind, You / Participants can participate in the Promotion only once. We will also count Your participation only once.
5. Rewards and opportunities
5.1. Ten (10) monetary prizes, each in the amount of Five Hundred Seventy-Five (575) U.S. Dollars, equivalent to the cost of a pair of tickets to the Lollapaloozaar festival (hereinafter referred to as the “Reward”).
5.2. If You meet the Participation Criteria and complete all Tasks, You may receive one (1) pair of tickets.
Who will receive the Rewards?
5.3. The lucky ones will be determined by a randomizer – an automated program that randomly generates numbers – by March 19, 2025 (23:59 UTC).
We will announce them in on Binomo’s official Instagram page (link: https://www.instagram.com/binomo_america_latina) by March 19, 2025 (23:59 UTC) by posting a story with the list of selected Participants, and additionally contact them via Our Support Team.
How You will get Your Reward
5.4. We will send the monetary equivalent of the Reward to their owners Binomo Accounts by March 21, 2025 (23:59 UTC).
Important notes
5.5. Please, note the limit – one (1) Participant may receive only one (1) Reward, regardless of the number of Qualified Deposits made.
5.6. If We require additional details to process Your Reward, We will contact You via Our Support Team. You must provide the requested information within five (5) days; otherwise, We will be unable to assign the Reward, and Your participation in the Promotion will be canceled.
6. Additional terms
Participation in Promotion
6.1. If You take part in the Promotion and (or) use any Reward provided therein, You fully accept and agree to be bound by these Rules.
6.2. By participating in the Promotion, You act of Your own free will and voluntary decision, in Your own interest and at Your own risk.
6.3. We do not allow Our employees, affiliates, and persons involved in the administration and execution of the Promotion to participate in it. If You hold any of these statuses, We will not count You as a Participant.
6.4. The Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, managed or affiliated with Meta, Instagram and Telegram.
These Rules
6.5. These Rules apply specifically to the Promotion and are supplemented to the Binomo Client Agreement (the “Client Agreement”) and Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) published on https://binomo.com/.
If any issue is not expressly provided forth or covered by these Rules, the provisions of the Client Agreement and Privacy Policy shall apply.
Fraud and abuse
6.6. Registration of new Binomo Accounts by already registered Users, as well as any fraudulent actions and other abuses in order to participate in the Promotion and obtain any unfair advantages are not allowed.
Any manipulation, deception, misleading, providing Us false data and information, attempts to bypass the Rules, including through the use of artificial intelligence tools, bots and other similar methods, and other abuses are strictly prohibited.
If You breach this Clause, We may cancel Your participation in the Promotion and demand a full refund of Our losses. In addition, We may refuse to provide You with the Rewards, deduct any benefits and profits You received from or as a result of Your unfair acts, abuses and manipulations, including by adjusting Your transactions and results on Binomo. We may also prohibit You from participating in any future Binomo promotions.
Changes
6.7. We reserve the right at any time, for any reason and in Our sole discretion to modify, suspend, terminate, restart the Promotion, as well as to shorten or extend Promotion Period, including before the End Date or Rewards Pool exhaustion, without a prior notice. We may do this by changing the Rules, removing them from Our Site, restricting and (or) reactivating access to it.
It is Your responsibility to monitor for any changes. Make sure to periodically check Our Site not to miss anything important.
Interpretation
6.8. Capitalized terms We use in these Rules, such as “Account”, “Real Account”, “Deposit”, “User”, etc., and not defined otherwise shall be interpreted in accordance with the Client Agreement.
Wherever We use the words “includes”, “including” or “including”, the words “without limitation” shall be deemed to follow.
The term “day” always means a calendar day unless We expressly set otherwise.
All terms and definitions herein apply equally to the male, female and neutral genders and their singular and plural forms, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
Personal information
6.9. By taking part in the Promotion, You expressly and freely agree and authorize Us to collect, process, store and use Your first name, surname, nickname on Binomo, in social media and online resources (if any), Your Binomo User ID, address, telephone, image and other personal data. We will use it to contact You and, if necessary, publish in Binomo social media and online resources channels, groups and communities, Binomo advertising and other materials, including by announcing and referencing them.
You may withdraw Your consent at any time by sending Us a notice at dataprotection@binomo.com.
Security
6.10. You are solely responsible for the security and safety of the credentials of Your accounts (cabinets). All actions and decisions made through them are deemed to be done by You.
Please, make sure that Your data is protected and kept confidential so no third party has access or control over it.
Compliance and liabilities
6.11. You are fully and solely responsible for compliance with any laws and regulations that relate to or mediate Your activity on Binomo, including on the part of Your participation in the Promotion, and for any consequences of such activity, and fully release Us, Instagram и Telegram from any related liabilities.
6.12. We assume no responsibility for any financial, tax or other consequences that have arisen or may arise as a result of or in connection with Your activity on Binomo, participation in the Promotion, receipt and (or) use of the Rewards. We will not be liable for the following cases, among others:
- if You failed to review, misunderstood or misinterpreted these Rules for any reason;
- for any Your errors and their consequences, including inaccuracies in the contact details You provided Us or indicated in your Binomo Account;
- use of Your Binomo Account or other account(s) (cabinet) by third parties whether with or without Your authorization;
- if We have not received information about Your participation in the Promotion or data necessary to award with Rewards for any reason, including in cases of Your inactivity, other circumstances on Your side, technical problems and system failures in data transmission, whether on Your, Our or a third party’s side;
- if You have not completed the Tasks or do not meet the Participation Criteria;
- if You have not claimed or used the Rewards provided.

Any references to the Lollapaloozaar festival are for descriptive purposes only and do not imply any affiliation or connection with the festival.
