1. General Information
1.1. “Halloween” promotion (the “Promotion”) is developed and organized by Dolphin Corp LLC, St. Vincent and the Grenadines company with registration number 915 LLC 2021and address at Euro House, Richmond Hill Road, Kingstown, St. Vincent and the Grenadines (“We”, “Us”, “Our”).
1.2. Our goal is to improve the experience of using the Binomo platform (the “Binomo”, “Platform”) and to increase its Users loyalty.
1.3. Promotion terms and conditions (the “Rules”) are available at https://blog.binomo.com/https-blog-binomo-halloween-vips-es/ (the “Promotion Page”, “Our Site”).
2. Who can participate?
2.1. Participation in this Promotion is exclusive and available only to legally capable persons (“You”, “Your”, “Participant(-s)”) who:
(a) are registered on Binomo as its Users; and
(b) have VIP status on Binomo (the “Binomo Status”); and
(c) indicated Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, St. Kitts and Nevis, Trinidad and Tobago, or Venezuela as the country of their residence in the Binomo Account.

2.2. These Rules may also have additional requirements for the Participants. Please, review them carefully.
3. When We run the Promotion
3.1. The Promotion runs from October 28, 2024 (00:00 UTC) to November 01, 2024 (23:59 UTC) (the “Promotion Period”).
4. How to participate?
4.1. To take part in the Promotion You need to complete a one-time Deposit to Your Binomo Real Account using the promo code SPOOKY31 (the “Qualified Deposit” and the “Task”). The minimum amount for the Deposit is indicated in the Binomo Client Agreement.
Completion of this Task counts as a Your entry into the Rewards owners selection.
4.2. To boost Your chances to receive the Rewards, You may participate in the Promotion more than once.
Simply make to Your Binomo Real Account additional Deposits during the Promotion Period. There are no limits on their number, and You do not need to use any specific promo code when making them. The more Deposits You make, the more chances You have to receive the Rewards.
5. Rewards
Your opportunities
5.1. Four (4) Participants who made the most Deposits, including the Qualified one, during the Promotion Period (the “Top 4”) will receive one (1) of the following rewards (the “Rewards”):
(a) one (1) two hundred (200) U.S. Dollars (the “USD”) prepaid Mastercard or similar card (the “Card”); or
(b) one (1) Non-Deposit Bonus in the amount of one hundred (100) USD (the “Non-Deposit Bonus”).
If You are one of the Top 4, You will decide what Reward to grab.
5.2. Moreover, when making a Qualified Deposit You will receive one (1) Deposit Bonus of one percent (1%) from Your Qualified Deposit (the “Deposit Bonus”) .
5.3. Please remember, all Rewards are personal. They cannot be exchanged or substituted.
When We determine the Rewards owners
5.4. We will announce the Top 4 in Our social media accounts: in Instagram – @binomo_america_lattina, and in Telegram – https://t.me/binomo_america_latina, by November 08, 2024 (23:59 UTC). We will also contact them via the emails from their Binomo Accounts.
How to get and use Your Reward
5.5. The Deposit Bonus will be credited to Your Binomo Account at the same time with Your Qualified Deposit.
5.6. Once We contact You as being included in the Top 4, You need to select the Reward You want: the Card or the Non-Deposit Bonus. Simply tell Our team about Your decision.
If You choose the Non-Deposit Bonus, You will find it displayed in the Bonuses section in Your Binomo Account by November 20, 2024 (23:59 UTC). You would need to activate it within seventy two (72) hours, otherwise it will be canceled.
If You choose the Card, We will send the details of how to use it to the email indicated in Your Binomo Account. We will do it also by November 20, 2024 (23:59 UTC).
Please, have a note, that the terms and conditions of the use of the Cards are beyond Our control and are determined by the respective issuing company. Make sure to read them carefully so as not to miss important details.
5.7. If We need additional information to deliver the Rewards, We will contact You by the email from Your Binomo Account. Please send Us the requested details within five (5) days, otherwise We will be unable to award You and forced to cancel Your participation in the Promotion.
6. Additional terms
Participation in Promotion
6.1. If You take part in the Promotion and (or) use any Reward provided therein, You fully accept and agree to be bound by these Rules.
6.2. By participating in the Promotion, You act of Your own free will and voluntary decision, in Your own interest and at Your own risk.
6.3. We do not allow Our employees, affiliates, and persons involved in the administration and execution of the Promotion to participate in it. If You hold any of these statuses, We will not count You as a Participant.
6.4. The Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, managed or affiliated with Meta, Instagram, or Telegram.
These Rules
6.5. These Rules apply specifically to the Promotion and are supplemented to the Binomo Client Agreement (the “Client Agreement”) and Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) published on https://binomo.com/.
If any issue is not expressly provided forth or covered by these Rules, the provisions of the Client Agreement and Privacy Policy shall apply.
Fraud and abuse
6.6. Registration of new Binomo Accounts by already registered Users, as well as any fraudulent actions and other abuses in order to participate in the Promotion and obtain any unfair advantages are not allowed.
Any manipulation, deception, misleading, providing Us false data and information, attempts to bypass the Rules, including through the use of artificial intelligence tools, bots and other similar methods, and other abuses are strictly prohibited.
If You breach this Clause, We may cancel Your participation in the Promotion and demand a full refund of Our losses. In addition, We may refuse to provide You with the Rewards, deduct any benefits and profits You received from or as a result of Your unfair acts, abuses and manipulations, including by adjusting Your transactions and results on Binomo. We may also prohibit You from participating in any future Binomo promotions.
Changes
6.7. We reserve the right at any time, for any reason and in Our sole discretion to modify, suspend, terminate, restart the Promotion, as well as to shorten or extend its Period without prior notice. We may do this by changing the Rules, removing them from Our Site, restricting and (or) reactivating access to it.
It is Your responsibility to monitor for any changes. Make sure to periodically check Our Site not to miss anything important.
Interpretation
6.8. Capitalized terms We use in these Rules, such as “Account”, “Real Account”, “Deposit”, “User”, etc., and not defined otherwise shall be interpreted in accordance with the Client Agreement.
Wherever We use the words “includes”, “including” or “including”, the words “without limitation” shall be deemed to follow.
The term “day” always means a calendar day unless We expressly set otherwise.
All terms and definitions herein apply equally to the male, female and neutral genders and their singular and plural forms, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
Personal information
6.9. By taking part in the Promotion, You expressly and freely agree and authorize Us to collect, process, store and use Your first name, surname, nickname on Binomo, in social media and online resources (if any), Your Binomo User ID, address, telephone, image and other personal data. We will use it to contact You and, if necessary, publish in Binomo social media and online resources channels, groups and communities, Binomo advertising and other materials, including by announcing and referencing them.
You may withdraw Your consent at any time by sending Us a notice at dataprotection@binomo.com.
Security
6.10. You are solely responsible for the security and safety of the credentials of Your accounts (cabinets). All actions and decisions made through them are deemed to be done by You.
Please, make sure that Your data is protected and kept confidential so no third party has access or control over it.
Compliance and liabilities
6.11. You are fully and solely responsible for compliance with any laws and regulations that relate to or mediate Your activity on Binomo, including on the part of Your participation in the Promotion, and for any consequences of such activity, and fully release Us, Meta, Instagram, and Telegram from any related liabilities.
6.12. We assume no responsibility for any financial, tax or other consequences that have arisen or may arise as a result of or in connection with Your activity on Binomo, participation in the Promotion, receipt and (or) use of the Rewards. We will not be liable for the following cases, among others:
- if You failed to review, misunderstood or misinterpreted these Rules for any reason;
- for any Your errors and their consequences, including inaccuracies in the contact details You provided Us or indicated in your Binomo Account;
- use of Your Binomo Account or other account(s) (cabinet) by third parties whether with or without Your authorization;
- if We have not received information about Your participation in the Promotion or data necessary to award with Rewards for any reason, including in cases of Your inactivity, other circumstances on Your side, technical problems and system failures in data transmission, whether on Your, Our or a third party’s side;
- if You have not completed the Tasks or do not meet the Participation Criteria;
- if You have not claimed or used the Rewards provided.
